I wanted to film an intro to get comfortable in front of the camera,
see what the setup was like, and get my intro into podcasting
since I’d never recorded an episode before.
I had a last minute cancellation, but it worked out well.
I asked William to come on; we’ve been dating and have both gone
through struggles with addictions, traumas, and super low points in life,
but are now helping eachother to find God and hope again.
I met Javoris while working at the Turnip Truck in Nashville and immediately
loved his vibe. He knew so much about health and had an eye for fashion
and styling. He gave off a future cowboy vibe that I can relate to.
Again an interview didn’t work out so I did a solo episode. I decided this time to interview myself! It was fun sitting in the other chair and gave me a new perspective on interviewing guests and felt good to let some more things out. It’s truly freeing to share your stories and experiences with the world.
In middle school, I interviewed members of my family for a confirmation project.
I went back and edited the footage; it included my parents, my aunt, grandparents and brothers.
Episode 7 - Rachel Huffmann Click here to watch the video with Rachel.
Rachel is a friend of mine I met while dating a DJ; she was his photographer. We were instantly friends but didn’t hang out much at first; it’s been a slow build up. I really appreciate her love for music, her photography skills and her intrigue with the darkness or emotional intrigue as an artist.
